Columbia snapped an 11-game winless streak and won its first game since the 2008 season with a 43-24 season-opening win over Eastern York.
The Crimson Tide, who hadn't won a game since the last game of the 2008 regular season, used a high-powered offense in beating the Golden Knights.
In coach Michael Burke III's first game as Tide head coach, Columbia rushed for 300 yards and saw junior quarterback Tyler Harrison throw for three touchdowns.
Harrison, making his first start, completed 12 of 19 passes for 158 yards and three scores, two to Michael Burke IV of 30 and 9 yards and a third to Seth Lefever, which covered 13 yards. Harrison also rushed for 81 yards in the game.
On the ground, Brock Taylor rushed for 114 yards on five carries and scored on touchdown runs in the fourth quarter of 25 and 72 yards.
After Eastern York took an early 6-0 lead, Columbia came right back, driving 75 yards in 121 plays, and scoring with 5:13 left in the first quarter on a 30-yard pass from Harrison to Burke. The Tide took the lead on its next possession on a 7-yard run by Wells.
After an Eastern field goal, Columbia scored two touchdowns in the final two minutes of the first half on touchdown passes from Harrison to Burke and Lefever, making it 27-9.
Eastern scored twice in the third quarter, one on a 73-yard run by Mitch Leratonda to pull within 27-24.
But Taylor scored twice and Columbia's defense scored two safeties in the fourth quarter to break the game open.
