Wish You Were Here, 108 W. Orange St., is being sold, and its last day will be Sept. 12.

Robin Murphy, who has been a part-owner of Wish You Were Here since 2001, said a new restaurant will go in at the location, but it won't keep the name. Wish You Were Here, which first opened 20 years ago, specializes in vegan and vegetarian fare.

The person buying the restaurant declined to discuss plans for it until it officially changes hands Sept. 15.

Clearview Family Restaurant, 2000 W. Main St., Mount Joy, closed Aug. 15, a year after it had reopened.

The restaurant, along Route 230 near Cloverleaf Road, had been empty for about six months before it reopened in August 2009 after renovations. The 250-seat restaurant featured a separate coffee shop area.

It was owned by Katherine Kalathas, who also owns Columbia Family Restaurant in Columbia. Kalathas declined to discuss the closing.

ZIPS is a dry cleaning franchise that began in the Baltimore-Washington area in 1996 and now has some 25 locations, with the nearest one in York.
