East Cocalico Township police said a Denver man is facing multiple charges as the result of two separate incidents Saturday afternoon.

Police responded to the 300 block of Main Street in Denver at 12:30 p.m. for a report of a man causing a disturbance in the parking lot of the Turkey Hill, police said.

Upon arrival, police were told by witnesses that the man, later identified as Robert Ewell, 38, of the 200 block of Main Street, fell down several times while attempting to cross the street and was almost struck by a vehicle.

Police cited Ewell with public drunkenness and ordered him to return to his home, which is next door to the convenience store, Arment said.

About four hours later, Arment said, police were called back to the same location and found Ewell outside the store.

Arment said Ewell was not wearing a shirt but was wearing jeans that were inside-out. He said the zipper on Ewell's pants was open and he was exposing himself.

Police charged Ewell with indecent exposure, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.

He was taken to central booking to await arraignment, according to Arment.
