The 64,070-square-foot, three-story medical office building will be constructed at 2150 Harrisburg Pike, at the intersection of Roherstown and Spring Valley roads on the Lancaster General Health Campus.
The state-of-the-art medical office building will be anchored by an Ambulatory Surgery Center, to be called Physicians’ Surgery Center.
The center will include four operating rooms and two procedure rooms.
