The founder of Auntie Anne's was injured Saturday night in a motorcycle crash, according to her family.

Anne Beiler suffered a concussion, broken collarbone, broken rib and abrasions to her face in the 8 p.m. crash in Gap, according to a family blog posted Monday.

Beiler could not keep her motorcycle upright when she hit a spot of oil on Mount Vernon Road, the blog thebeilers.blogspot.com says. Her head struck the road. She was wearing a helmet.

Beiler reportedly was airlifted from the crash scene and flown to Lancaster General Hospital.

The national pretzel franchise founder was in good condition on Tuesday, according to a hospital spokeswoman.

State police said they could not provide any information about the crash on Tuesday because the officer that handled the incident was not on duty.
