APPLEBEE'S RAISES DOUGH
Applebee’s restaurants throughout eastern Pennsylvania and Maryland raised $276,000 for Alex’s Lemonade Stand, a charity that benefits pediatric cancer research.
The restaurants sold $5 paper lemons and glasses of lemonade to far exceed a $200,000 goal.
Applebee’s in Lancaster County are located on Lincoln Highway East in Lancaster and Main Street in Ephrata.
FUSION SNACK MIXES
Fisher’s Nuts has debuted a line of seven new snack mixes called Fisher Fusions.
Each mix blends ingredients such as nuts and fruit with pretzels, crackers and even sliced olives for a unique taste.
Fusions snack mixes include Asian Spice — with wasabi peas — Cheddar Crunch, Trail Blazer, Sweet Harvest, Martini Mix — which includes sliced green olives — Country Honey and Tropical Twist.
Available in supermarkets nationally, Fisher Fusions Snack Mixes have a suggested retail price of $3.50 for a 4- to 6-ounce resealable bag. The Trail Blazer, Cheddar Crunch and Tropical Twist Snack Mixes are also available in 24- to 36-ounce resealable bags.

Yoplait Whips introduces Creamy Latte, Chocolate Mint and Dulce de Leche yogurt mousse, which offer less fat and calories than many of their counterparts.
Dulce de Leche, for example, packs lots of the caramel dessert into just 4 grams of fat and 150 calories per serving, compared to Haagen-Dazs Dulce de Leche ice cream, which contains 17 grams of fat and 290 calories per serving.
Yoplait Whips are available in 4-ounce single-serving cups and sell for $.79.
