A television crew for a national network will return to Lancaster County this week, preparing for its upcoming feature on the murder of Jan Roseboro.
Members of the CBS show "48 Hours" covered the trial of Roseboro's husband, Michael, and his subsequent conviction for first-degree murder.
Producers, who originally believed the segment would be broadcast in the fall, declined to speculate when the show will be aired.
Crews are coming here to obtain additional footage for the show, producers said.
The Roseboro trial in Lancaster County Court last summer sparked a great deal of public attention, partly because Roseboro was a successful director of a local family owned funeral home.
He killed his wife, Jan, prosecutors said, because he was obsessed with his girlfriend and didn't want to suffer financially by getting a divorce.
Roseboro was interviewed for the news show before he was officially sentenced to life in prison without parole, according to court documents.
During the trial, an attorney representing Roseboro's girlfriend, Angela Funk, said Funk also had agreed to speak to the CBS television reporters.
