The first Pennsylvania all-state football list has hit the streets, and the Lancaster-Lebanon League is well represented.

Lancaster Catholic senior quarterback Kyle Smith, the state's all-time leader in career passing yards and career touchdowns passes, has been named Pennsylvania's Mr. Football by Pennsylvania Football News.

Smith was also named Double-A Offensive Player of the Year by PA Football News, and he was one of nine L-L League players to earn First-Team All-State status by PA Football News.
