A Holtwood man was arrested Sunday afternoon after state police said he threatened to shoot another man.
When troopers arrived at Gregory A. Storm's home on Drytown Road, they said they could see a high-powered rifle, plus 32 rounds of ammunition, in the living room.
The threats, according to Trooper Jon Smith, stemmed from an incident between Storm and the victim that happened Saturday night.
Police did not say what the incident was about and did not identify the alleged victim.
But on Sunday, troopers said the alleged victim told them that Storm had called him up saying he was going to come to his home and shoot him.
Instead, troopers went to Storm's Martic Township home and arrested him on charges of terroristic threats and simple assault.
