Moves at Park City

Later this month, the Gap Kids/Baby Gap store in Park City Center will close and join the Gap store in the mall's Bon-Ton wing. Aeropostale, now in the JC Penney wing, will move to the vacated Gap Kids/Baby Gap site sometime late this spring. The switch will give Aeropostale 5,500 square feet of space, up from the 3,786 square feet it has now.

Also, Books-A-Million is likely to move to the Borders Express space in April, a mall spokeswoman said. Borders Express will close by the end of this month.

Gallery changes

A new gallery, Pencilworks Studios & Gallery, will open Jan. 18 at 154 N. Prince St. The gallery, at Prince and Chestnut streets, will take the place of Metropolis, which closed Dec. 31 and is slated to reopen in Philadelphia sometime in the spring.

Pencilworks will showcase the work of Carl Woerner, who specializes in pencil drawings, and jewelry designer Christopher Fielding. It also will offer commission works, specializing in portraits.

Hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

Molly's upgrade

Just before Christmas, Molly's Pub, 253 E. Chestnut St., completed an upgrade of its kitchen that has allowed for an expanded menu, including wings, quesadillas and mini burgers. The work was necessary because of a fire on Nov. 22 that destroyed kitchen equipment, according to owner Anthony Maglietta.

Hours: 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Saturday, 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. Sunday.
