Police across the county have reported charging the following people with drunken driving:
• Melitza Santiago, 35, of Lancaster, Tuesday, at East End Avenue and South Franklin Street.
• Kevin Scott Sauder, 41, of Lancaster, Saturday, on Lincoln Highway East at South Oakview Road in East Lampeter Township.
• Damaso O. Albino Jr., 53, of Philmont Drive, Saturday, in the 400 block of Philmont Drive in Manheim Township.
• Casey P. Langevin, 30, of 905 Mount Gretna Road, Elizabethtown, Dec. 2, in Mount Joy.
• John J. Kelly, 61, of Knollwood Drive, Lancaster, Nov. 24, along Sunnybrook Drive in Manheim Township. Kelly's vehicle struck a parked car, and he had to be freed from his vehicle, police said. He was taken to the hospital for treatment of his injuries.
• Eric J. Vaughn, 20, of 31 New Haven St., Apt. 1, Mount Joy, Nov. 23, in Mount Joy.
• A female juvenile, Nov. 23, in Mount Joy.
• Cynthia L. Reider, 27, of 347 Hoffman Ave., Middletown, Nov. 18, in Mount Joy. She also was charged with endangering the welfare of children.
• Wallace C. Willis, 54, of 536 E. Front St., Marietta, after a vehicle crash Oct. 29 at Routes 441 and 743 in East Donegal Township.
• Edwin H. Culp Jr., 29, of 917 Spruce St., Columbia, after a vehicle accident Oct. 3 in the 800 block of Union School Road in East Donegal Township. Culp also was charged with false reports after he fled and then said he had been car-jacked, police said.
