East Lampeter Township police charged a 19-year-old Maryland man with underage drinking after a patrol officer spotted him scaling an outside wall of the Lancaster Host Resort & Conference Center, 2300 Lincoln Highway East, at 11:45 p.m. Friday.
The man, John Brungot, who told officers that he was an avid rock climber, was intoxicated, police said.
DUI: Frank Dominick Carano, 53, Lancaster, was charged with driving under the influence at 12:57 a.m. Saturday at Route 272 and Deaver Road, Drumore Township, state police at Lancaster said.
Carano was pulled over after he was seen driving erratically with his car's high beams on, police said.
•Ronald Ellis, 37, Lancaster, was stopped for traffic violations at 1:29 a.m. Saturday on Lincoln Highway at Londonvale Road, Paradise Township, and arrested for driving under the influence, state police at Lancaster said.
•Kevin Sauder, 41, Lancaster, faces charges of driving while intoxicated, East Lampeter Township police said. Sauder was stopped on Lincoln Highway at South Oakview Road for a headlight violation and erratic driving at 1:43 a.m. Saturday, and a subsequent blood alcohol test registered .09, police said.
•Bryon Brill, 20, Millersville, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and underage drinking at 7:24 p.m. Friday in the first block of Geist Road, East Lampeter Township police said. Police stopped Brill after a motorist reported him driving erratically, police said. A blood alcohol test registered .12, police said.
ROAD RAGE: Police filed a disorderly conduct citation against Aime C. Parrett, 24, address unknown, as the result of a Nov. 11 road rage encounter that started on Route 222, Manheim Township police said.
Police said Parrett and another driver, a 32-year-old woman from the Reading area, ended up in a parking lot in the 1500 block of Manheim Pike, where Parrett yelled at her.
Police also filed a driving-under-suspension charge against Parrett.

ACCIDENTS: Timothy C. May III, no address given, was cited for a traffic violation after his vehicle ran off the road and struck a utility pole shortly before 4 p.m. Thursday in the 100 block of North Shirk Road, New Holland police said.
May and his passengers were taken to Ephrata Community Hospital for treatment, according to police.
•New Holland police investigated a two-vehicle accident at Redwell and Peters roads, Earl Township, Friday.
Police said the crash happened at about 2:53 p.m. when Emmanuel Papadakis, 75, New Holland, pulled his vehicle into the path of a vehicle driven by Jared Hackney, 19, Leola.
Papadakis was transported to Lancaster General Hospital by New Holland Ambulance, police said. Both vehicles were towed.
PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS: George E. Jacobs, 42, Lancaster, was arrested for public drunkenness in the 100 block of North Market Street at 11:15 p.m. Friday, Lancaster police said.
•Khadijah S. Hassan, 24, Lancaster, was arrested for public drunkenness in the 400 block of North Prince Street at 9:26 p.m. Friday, police said.
•Joseph P. Dolderer, 44, Lancaster, was arrested for public drunkenness after causing a disturbance in the Giant store at 2074 Fruitville Pike at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, Manheim Township police said. He was cited and released.
•Dwayne J. Ross, 29, Lancaster, was arrested for public drunkenness in the 400 block of Manor Street at 12:11 a.m. Friday after causing a disturbance, police said.
•Lee K. Harlan, 56, Lancaster, was arrested for public drunkenness in the 600 block of St. Joseph Street at 2:04 a.m. Friday, police said.
•Lee W. Stuart, 21, Millersville, was arrested for public drunkenness in the 500 block of West Orange Street at 1:41 a.m. Friday, police said.
ASSAULT: Catrina L. Kupala, 39, Lancaster, was arrested for simple assault domestic violence, harassment and public drunkenness at 10 p.m. Saturday in the 100 block of South West End Avenue, police said.
Police said Kupala was a passenger in a vehicle when she became involved in a domestic dispute with the driver. She left the vehicle and threw a cell phone at the driver's head, causing injury, police said.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Marcus J. Matos, 20, Lancaster, was arrested in the 700 block of South Prince Street at 1:11 a.m. Friday for disorderly conduct, possession of an open container and being a minor in possession of alcohol, police said.
THEFTS: State police at Lancaster are investigating the theft of two sections of wire and a 3-foot-long piece of copper tubing from a construction site in the first block of Joy Lane, Fulton Township. Police said the tubing and foot-long pieces of wire belonging to Custom Home Group, Quarryville, were taken between midnight Nov. 9 and 9:48 a.m. Friday.

•A woman left her purse containing an envelope filled with cash behind after shopping at the Dollar Store, 2846 Main St., Caernarvon Township, at 6:30 p.m. Friday, police said. She recovered her purse 45 minutes later, but the envelope with $432 was gone, police said.
RETAIL THEFTS: A 16-year-old girl was arrested in the 400 block of Park City Center at about 5 p.m. Friday after she concealed $74.95 of merchandise and left a store without paying for it, police said.
WARRANTS: Tracy L. Gieter, 49, Lancaster, turned herself in at the Lancaster police station on a bench warrant at 2:52 a.m. Saturday, police said.
•Police said Wayne E. Mennelle, 43, Willow Street, was arrested by state police on a warrant at 8:50 p.m. Friday at an undisclosed location and turned over to Lancaster police.
•Robert A. Matthews, 22, Lancaster, was arrested on an outstanding warrant at 7:06 p.m. Friday after being involved in a fight in the 200 block of South Prince Street, police said.
•Luis D. Cora-Romero, 30, homeless, was arrested for an outstanding warrant in the 100 block of South Water Street at 3 p.m. Friday, police said.
•Wilbert A. Sanchez, 19, Lancaster, was arrested on a warrant in the 400 block of East King Street at 4:42 a.m. Friday, police said.
