Junior quarterback Zach Zweizig threw for 306 yards and three touchdowns to lift Wilson to a 34-7 victory over Central York (8-4) in the quarterfinals of the District Three Class AAAA football playoffs Friday night in West Lawn.

Zweizig, who completed 19 of 27 passes, had all three of his TD throws in the second quarter, giving the Bulldogs (11-1) a 24-0 lead at halftime.

After Shane Witmyer kicked a 22-yard field goal to give Wilson a 3-0 first-quarter edge, Zweizig hit Johnny Morgan (39 yards), Calvin Panghulan (30) and Sheldon Hannibal-Nixon to pad the lead.

Witmyer added a 23-yard field goal early in the fourth quarter, before Tyler Beck returned a blocked punt 43 yards for a touchdown that gave the Bulldogs a 34-0 lead.

Beck also made four catches for a game-high 81 yards.

Wilson will play Cumberland Valley (10-2) in a 7 p.m. semifinal Friday in West Lawn.
