Six Lancaster-Lebanon League teams advanced to the second round of the District Three football tournament Friday.

Two L-L teams are alive in the Class AAAA bracket; three are playing in Class AAA while one remains in Class AA.

All games in Class AAAA and AAA will be quarterfinal games. The Class AA and A games will be semifinal matches.

• Rounding out the bracket, third-seed Central Dauphin (9-2), a 37-13 winner over Spring Grove, will host No. 6 seed Cumberland Valley (9-2) Friday night in a rematch of a 38-35 CD win two weeks ago. The Eagles drubbed Muhlenberg, 42-7.

Class AAA:
Manheim Central ran past Shippensburg 49-8 for coach Mike Williams' 298th career victory. The top-seeded Barons (11-0) host No. 9 Daniel Boone (9-2) Friday. Boone beat Greencastle-Antrim, 35-7.

Class AA:
Lancaster Catholic's Kyle Smith passed for 303 yards and rushed for 119 in the Crusaders' 48-21 win over York Suburban.
