Police said Logan Potts, 68, of Akron, was killed in a two-vehicle crash at Route 272 (North Reading Road) and Martin Avenue in Ephrata Borough on Tuesday evening.

Also involved in the 6:30 p.m. accident was Matthew Gold, 24, of Denver, police said.

Gold was not injured, police said.

The investigation was continuing. Witnesses said Potts failed to stop at a red traffic signal, police said.
