City police have charged four men with soliciting prostitution from an undercover police officer.
They are: Alan L. Beiler, 31, of 108 Brimmer Ave., New Holland; Carlos V. Solis, 41, of 354 S. Prince St.; Lawrence F. Freet, 64, of 1434 Mount Wilson Road, Lebanon; and Jeson Marroquin, 21, of the 300 block of Laurel Street.
The incidents occurred Wednesday, shortly after 10 p.m., in the 100 block of South Water Street or in the first block of West Vine Street, police said. rrobinson@lnpnews.com
