The cause of the blaze at 100-102 Sunset Drive in East Drumore Township is still under investigation, a fire official said Tuesday night.
No one was home when the fire broke out in the old farmhouse that had been converted to two separate residences.
Quarryville Fire Company was assisted at the scene by units from Bart and Willow Street.
Crews remained on the scene for nearly four hours.
