New Holland police Sunday night arrested a man wanted in Puerto Rico for "dangerous drugs," police said.

Shortly before 9 p.m., borough police saw Fernando Julio Rodriguez-Saez, 22, of Apt. 11 at the Ashlea Gardens Apartment Complex, 150 Mentzer Ave., in the complex's parking lot and knew he had an outstanding warrant from Puerto Rico, police said.

They arrested Rodriguez-Saez and charged him with being a fugitive from justice, police said. He was arraigned before District Judge Jene Willwerth and sent to Lancaster County Prison in lieu of $75,000 cash bail as he awaits extradition to Puerto Rico, police said.
