Police say four teens and a 20-year-old conspired to rob a man at gunpoint Feb. 21 in his Kinzers apartment.

State police charged a 16-year-old female from Atglen with helping to set up the man, who lives in the 3500 block of Lincoln Highway East.

According to a criminal complaint filed Wednesday, police charged the female and four suspects from Chester County with home invasion, robbery, burglary, unlawful restraint and terroristic threats for threatening to kill the man.

The female, who was freed Wednesday on $100,000 unsecured bail set by District Justice Isaac Stoltzfus, first lured away one of two men who live in the home, according to a criminal affidavit.

The victim told police that "three black males, at least two carrying weapons, entered the residence" once the Atglen teen and another female drove off in a car with his roommate at about 10:30 p.m., the affidavit states.

According to the criminal complaint, the victim was playing a video game when the suspects entered the home. He was ordered to lie on the couch, and one of the men put a gun to his head and threatened to kill him.

The suspects allegedly stole $20 from the victim's wallet, another $1,500 in cash in the apartment and an Xbox video game, according to a criminal affidavit prepared by Officer Michelle Smith of Troop J Barracks.

An investigation by Smith and Officer Josh Whiteside led police to also charge Darrance Peters, 18, of Coatesville; and Benjamin Morgan-Gibbs, 18, Nicole Fagan, 19, Marquis Anderson, 20, all from Parkesburg.

The four Parkesburg suspects, who each face seven felony charges, were still at large Friday night.

According to the criminal complaint, the 16-year-old female said she and Fagan planned to get the victim's roommate out of the apartment.

She said Anderson, Morgan-Gibbs and Peters entered the apartment to steal money, police said. She also admitted to sending Peters a text message while on the way back to the apartment: "Tell them we are on our way back and to get out of the house."
