Correction — Guests of the Washington Plaza Hotel who purchased a two-night package through the Pennsylvania Democratic Party will receive a complimentary bottle of Rhapsody in Blue, produced by the Bainbridge-based Nissley Vineyards & Winery. The article below, posted on LancasterOnline Thursday, misidentified who will receive the wine.

Pennsylvania Democrats on the eve of Barack Obama's Jan. 20 inauguration will distribute to guests attending a party at the Washington Plaza Hotel the Bainbridge-made Rhapsody in Blue wine.
Rhapsody in Blue is a semidry white wine produced by Nissley Vineyards and comes in a royal blue bottle, fitting for a Democratic bash.
"We are part of this historic event," Nissley co-owner Judith Nissley said Tuesday. "It's an exciting thought."
The wine will come in its recognizable blue bottle but with a special label. It will commemorate Pennsylvania's role in helping Obama become the nation's first black president.
The label reads: "Turning PA Blue. YES WE DID! PA Inaugural Celebration. January 19-20, 2009."
Obama beat Republican candidate Sen. John McCain in Pennsylvania on Nov. 4 to seize the state's 21 electoral votes.
Guests at Monday's Plaza party — admission is $150 and gets you on the guest list with Gov. Ed Rendell and U.S. Sen. Bob Casey Jr. — will each receive a bottle of Rhapsody in Blue.
Nissley, though, said customers of the winery can buy a $10.90 bottle commemorating the Inauguration at the winery even if they aren't attending the Plaza party. The alternative bottle will have a label that's slightly different than the Plaza party version. That one will read: "With a toast to President Barack Obama. January 20, 2009."
"We may not be part of the entire inauguration, but at least a portion of it," Nissley said.
So just how did a winery based in traditionally Republican Lancaster County warrant inclusion in a Washington, D.C., party of Democrats?
"The person who ordered it attends our concerts in the summer," Nissley said, referring to the winery's concert series. "She's tasted that wine and knew it was good, and that was the connection. She also knew we did special labeling. She also knew it was a blue bottle. Blue was a real key there."
Rhapsody in Blue recently captured the 2009 silver medal at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Wine Competition, Nissley said.
