A two-car accident in Reamstown seriously injured one person and closed North Reading Road (Route 272) shortly before 12:30 p.m. today, according to a county dispatcher.

A person was trapped in a vehicle and a medical helicopter was at the scene, he said. There were multiple injuries reported, but just one was listed as "serious."

The wreck occurred in the 1100 block of Route 272. The road was closed between Cocalico Creek and West Church roads.
