For all those moms and dads who want to ensure their children have the genuine goodness of a civilized, home-cooked meal away from home, Light My Fire has introduced a stylish Outdoor Meal Kit.

Included in the kit are two plates, a spill-free cup with lid, a combined colander and cutting board, a spork (combined spoon, fork and knife) and a small waterproof box. The portable kit can be transported in a backpack, picnic basket or lunchbox.

Light My Fire has reinvented the concept of meal preparation away from home by offering unique products that give consumers more control over the type of food they consume.

The Outdoor Meal Kit was designed by Scandinavian designer Joachim Nordwall and is distributed by Industrial Revolution Inc., based in Redmond, Wash. Other Industrial Revolution outdoor recreation products include candle lanterns, the Play & Freeze Ice Cream Maker, backpacker stove stands and golf visors.

The kit, which retails for $24, comes in four colors and is dishwasher- and microwave-safe. The spork, which sells for $3, and spill-proof cup, $6, can be purchased separately.
