On Sunday, Twin Brook Winery will wrap up a three-day Big Bang Barbecue Weekend with "Wheels in the Vineyard," featuring a classic car "Cruise-in," from noon until 5 p.m.

Music — acoustic guitar, rock, blues and folk — will be provided from 2-5 p.m. by Twin Brook Winery regulars Hake & Jarema.

The event is free to the public. Cruisers must pay $5 per car.

All proceeds benefit the National Niemann-Pick Disease Foundation and the Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation.

Sometimes fatal, Niemann-Pick disease affects metabolism and is caused by genetic mutations.

The Ara Parseghian Medical Research Foundation is a volunteer, nonprofit corporation that funds research projects that will lead to a treatment and cure for Niemann-Pick Type C disease.
